Yin Yoga & Breathwork

Slow down. Breathe deep. Come home to your body.

A warm, sacred space where you're invited to soften — long-held yin postures and guided breathwork that quiet the mind and reconnect you with what matters most.

The Practice

Where stillness does the work

Yin yoga invites you to stay — gentle, floor-based postures held for several minutes at a time, supported by bolsters, blocks, and blankets. The long holds release deep connective tissue and the tension the day leaves behind, while conscious breathwork settles the nervous system and creates space to simply be.

No striving. No performing. Just breath, gravity, and time.

A Moment For You

Breathe with the circle

As you scroll, the circle fills like a slow inhale. This is the rhythm of the practice — unhurried, steady, yours.
